Biceps bank / scott bench for preaching curl exercise.
Biceps bench with the bow arms tilted and very well padded. At an angle of 30 degrees. It's height adjustable. The seat guarantees a correct position to train biceps by reducing the tension on the elbows and the back to the minimum.
It fills slightly higher, more solid and better workmanship than in other models.
With shelf to place the Z bar.
