They are. fractional disks that have a special grip: they remain fixed to the bar without falling. The set includes disc pairs with these weights:

• 0.5 kg: white. Width of 13 mm. Diameter 135 mm.
• 1 kg: green. Width 160 mm. 160 mm diameter.
• 1.5 kg yellow. Width of 18 mm. Diameter of 175 mm.
• 2 kg: blue. Width of 19 mm. Diameter 190 mm.

OLIMPIC DISCUSSIONS ELEIKO 2.5 KG and 5 KG:

• 2.5 kg: red. 19 mm thick. Diameter 210 mm. Rubber. Approved IWF.

• 10 kg: diameter 450 mm. 34 mm thick. Green letters. For 50 mm Olympic bar.
• 15 kg: diameter 450 mm. 38 mm thick. Yellow letters. For 50 mm Olympic bar.
